Position Title
Financial Analyst – Reporting and Legal Services

Position Summary
We are seeking a resourceful team player with initiative and drive possessing excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills for the following position:

Qualifications

	BS in Accounting; CPA

	Five (5) yrs. related financial experience

	Previous supervisory experience

	Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

	Business consolidation accounting for all Just Born companies

	Supervise and direct the Accounts Payable function

	Oversee the reconciliation of various prepaid and cash accounts

	Participate in the review and negotiation of corporate legal contracts

	Preparation and analyses of monthly and quarterly financial closes and the annual budget

	Maintaining the Company’s internal accounting policies and procedures

	Organize, direct, and control the crisis management function
