Position Title
Vice President of Enterprise Solutions & Services (ESS)

We are seeking a leader who will be an agent of business change by inspiring and motivating technology optimization. This leader will encourage collaborative relationships; be innovation-driven; be customer focused; and have the ability to simplify complexity in a way that adds value and drives business results.

Do you have a BS in Business or Information Systems; ten (10) yrs. or more experience of increasing leadership responsibility in information systems & technology; experience successfully implementing an ERP system (ie: SAP, MRP, etc.)?

Do you have the proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and cross-functional teams including an ESS Steering Committee?

Have you demonstrated that you can improve business processes and effectiveness through systems and technology?

Are you a proven collaborator with a strategic business focus?

has the ability to provide leadership through strategic business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain and promote growth, competitiveness, and results.

is able to encourage decision-making autonomy at various levels and promote and cultivate teamwork within and among all levels.

will be responsible for all data security and integrity to ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.

will drive continuous improvement of the information systems, equipment, and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress, economic changes, and business needs.
