"We work in the Production area at Just Born and between us have over 40 years with the company. During our years with Just Born, we have had the opportunity to train on various jobs. Between us we have experience in Marshmallow Packing, Hand Stamping, Machine Operator, Fork Lift Operator, Panner, Polisher, Molded Product Packing, just to name a few!

We enjoy the opportunities that the company gives us to, not only learn new jobs, but participate in company-wide cross-functional teams. We have been part of planning and executing our annual United Way Associate Campaign. We are members of our Green Team. There are many other company events that everyone is encouraged to play a part in, such as: Bring Your Child to Work Day; Easter Egg Hunt & Halloween events for the Associates and their families; handing out candy samples at baseball games, parades, and other events.

Just Born has a great Rewards & Recognition Program that we can earn points towards thousands of great gifts. But, that’s not all; they also have an annual Holiday Luncheon in December and Appreciate Day Picnic in the summer for all associates. There’s on-site training and an on-site library that we can take advantage of to continue our learning.
