Accountabilities:

• Drive exceptional, in store customer service to achieve World Class Service standards.
• Develop business strategies to meet or exceed sales goals through prioritizing, planning, and adjusting schedules and daily agendas.
• Hold team accountable to achieving goals.
• Explore business opportunities, plan store events and build outside partnerships to gain brand recognition and exposure.
• Maintain presence through effective floor management and ensure staff coverage in all areas of the store as needed.
• Recruit, orient, and develop top level talent that reflects the company’s Customer Service vision, building the PEEPS & COMPANY™ teams of the future.
• Develop on-going training programs to promote leadership, high service standards and organizational skills. Develop a high performing management team to assume increased levels of responsibility.
• Set and meet visual merchandising standards and adapt to business/industry needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Associate Manager – Minimum 3  years Management experience in Specialty Retail with passion for high-level customer service
• Ability to perform well with minimal supervision in high-volume environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to recruit and identify top talent through effective ongoing recruiting campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals, while meeting payroll goals.
• Demonstrated experience training, developing, and retaining great teams to build future leaders.
• Effective communication skills
