Just Born believes that our associates have an integral role to play in the community and encourages them to help carry out the company vision and philosophy through volunteerism. Our associates cook and serve meals in local soup kitchens, assist in animal rescue shelters, paint walls of human service agencies, maintain a local park, and are actively involved in their children's schools.

Just Born associates are encouraged to share their talent and expertise through volunteer service on boards of directors, advisory groups and committees for non-profit organizations.
