Ingredients
1 pkg. PEEPS® Chocolate Mousse Flavored Marshmallow Cats
1 standard box brownie mix
- see package for additional ingredients
8 store-bought large sugar cookies
1 container vanilla frosting
Red food coloring
Blue food coloring
Yellow food coloring
Directions
1. Prepare brownie mix according package directions and let cool.
2. Combine red and blue food coloring with 3/4 of the container of vanilla frosting. Begin
with a few drops of each color and add more drops to get desired shade of purple.
3. Frost brownies with purple icing and let set. Cut into 8 large squares.
4. Combine yellow food coloring with remaining vanilla frosting to make a desired shade
of yellow icing.
5. Frost sugar cookies with yellow icing and let set.
6. Press frosted sugar cookies firmly into the back half of each brownie so they stand up
straight.
7. Press a PEEPS® Chocolate Mousse Flavored Marshmallow Cat firmly into the icing in
the center of each brownie, making it stand in front of the sugar cookie.
