Just Born, Inc. Announces New Corporate Structure

Bethlehem, Pa. - October 30, 2007 – Just Born, Inc. today announced changes to the company’s structure resulting from the recently announced planned retirement of President Sam Torrence, and promotion of Matt Petronio to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Its newest changes will include the alignment of the company’s business into six distinct teams: Global Customer Development, Brand Development, Technical Services, Finance, Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain and Human Resources.

The result of this reorganization includes several promotions:

Mark McLaughlin was promoted to Senior Vice President Supply Chain and Human Resources.  McLaughlin is responsible for all areas of the company’s operations as well as human resources.

Ronald Izewski was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  Izewski directs all the financial functions of the company.

Kathy Bassininski was promoted to Vice President of Brand Development & Corporate Services.  Bassininski provides strategic direction for all Just Born Brands, Market Services, and Corporate Affairs.

Richard Milker was promoted to Vice President of Technical Services.  Milker leads Research and Development, Packaging Development & Innovation, Technical Services, Corporate Quality, and Consumer Relations.

Keith Von Zup was promoted to Vice President of Global Customer Development. Von Zup oversees Just Born’s Divisional Sales Managers, the Company’s international business and its new Customer Operations team.

All are members of the Executive Team along with Paul Oliver, Director of I.T. and report to Matt Petronio. Petronio will report to President, Sam Torrence until his retirement in June 2008.

Leading Customer Operations is Donna Burkit, who was promoted to Director of Customer Operations.  In her new role Burkit is responsible for Sales Operations and Customer Service.
 
Lynne Jackson was promoted to Customer Service Manager, leading the Customer Service Team.
