Just Born Appoints Mark McLaughlin Vice President of Supply Chain

Bethlehem, Pa. - February 12, 2007 - Mark McLaughlin, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Just Born since 2004, has been appointed Vice President of Supply Chain.

In his new position, McLaughlin will continue to report to Just Born President and COO, Samuel L. Torrence.

Torrence commented, "Mark has done a superior job as Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services. He is also well qualified to oversee Just Born's Supply Chain division. With expanded manufacturing capabilities and global markets to which we are exporting our candy brands, Just Born is at a stage where we need Mark's sophisticated range of experience utilized in our Supply Chain division."

Prior to coming to Just Born, McLaughlin was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Volvo Truck North America and had responsibility for all elements of Volvo North America and Mack Trucks Global Human Resources. Prior to Volvo's purchase of Mack in 2001, he held executive level positions in Human Resources and Total Quality Management at Mack.

McLaughlin began his career at Bridgestone / Firestone, Inc. as a Production Supervisor and held various positions of increasing responsibility over the next twenty years in General Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development.

McLaughlin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Akron. Additionally, he is a Leadership Lehigh Valley graduate and has served as president of the Board of Directors of the Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse.

McLaughlin lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife, Diane.
