Matthew Pye Named New Divisional Sales Manager for the Southeast

Bethlehem, Pa. - November 15, 2006 - Former Brand Director Matthew Pye, is now the Divisional Sales Manager for the Southeast. He will manage twelve brokers who service all customers and classes of trade from Maryland to Florida and west to Arkansas. He will now report to Keith Von Zup, Director of Domestic Sales.

Pye has been with Just Born for nine years and brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to the position. Having recently led the strategic development of sugar brands, he will be a great asset as he brings that experience to Customer Development.

Von Zup commented, "Anyone who has met Matt knows that he is well suited to the position of Sales Manager. He has a proven track record with Just Born and its brands. He also has the enthusiasm and energy to successfully steer this endeavor."

Prior to Just Born, his experience included sales and marketing functions at Fleer Confections, Warner-Lambert, and Unilever . He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing and received his M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Pye and his family relocated to Charlotte, NC from Center Valley, PA.
