Bethlehem, PA — November 30, 2015 – Just Born Quality Confections, the maker of iconic candy brands PEEPS®, MIKE AND IKE®, HOT TAMALES® and GOLDENBERG’S® PEANUT CHEWS®, welcomes Randall Copeland to the company in the role of Vice President of Operations. Copeland joins Just Born from the Manischewitz Company where he held the same role.
As a member of the Just Born Executive Team, Copeland will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of short and long-range operations plans to achieve results consistent with the company’s strategic plan, vision and culture. In the Vice President of Operations role, Copeland will contribute to the company’s performance and the achievement of overall 2016 goals and milestones.

In the transition to the Bethlehem, PA confection company, Randall Copeland brings with him more than 30 years of operations, logistics and senior management experience with top companies in the food space, including, most recently, the largest kosher foods company in North America, the Manischewitz Company, along with Menu Foods, ALPO Pet foods and Campbell Soup Company. Copeland’s extensive operations career in the food industry began after he received a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from The University of Georgia.
